Q: On my account balance When I reach the end of the month what happens to my balance will you credit my credit card since you already have charged it. Thanks.
A: Nothing will happen to your balance at the end of the month. If you do not make a purchase within 30 days since your last purchase of time, your balance remains. You can still use it for private and voyeur sessions. However, you will no longer be able to view free video chat. To view free video chat you need to make at least one purchase of time every 30 days or have a valid VIP subscription. Note! If more than 90 days passes since your last purchase of time your balance is set to $0.00. Once again if you have a valid VIP subscription your balance will remain intact.
Q: How do i get into private?
A: You need to login to your account and buy time. The video chat will remain free. You will only be charged for paid content such as private, voyeur and video clips.
Q: I have lost my usere name? What do I do?
